Generally, RoverWare.US  sells only new parts.

Occasionally we will list surplus stock that may be slightly used (for evaluation or testing).

Even more infrequently, we will list used parts.  Ths may occur when someone requests a specific part that we cannot source new (or cannot source at a reasonable price new).  These will normally only be available until sold, at which time although the listing can still be seen, we won't have them in stock.  These parts will usually be dirty, as removed, and have not been cleaned up for re-use.  They are sold "as-is".
