This diff pan is one of the strongest weld on replacement diff pans available. The original diff pans are made from 1.5mm steel and in damp conditions rust away very quickly, especially when they have a clamp on diff guard and the moisture and mud gets trapped between them. These heavy duty diff pans are made from 6mm mild steel and are folded to give maximum strength. Once fitted to your axles there is no need for a diff guard, these come fully welded on both sides ready to weld to your axle casing and come complete with a magnetic filler plug.

The welding on these is truly beautiful and it is almost a shame that the inner welds are hidden when welded onto the axle.  These would make a great fruit bowl on your engine-block coffee table too!!!
