Sumo Bars, both drag links and trailing arms, are one of the strongest modifications that you can make to your steering, without going over-board with massive solid bars.  Sumo Bars are actually tubes (they have a hole down the center) making them extremly strong, but lighter than a bar.  They come with left and right jam nuts and require a left and right TRE (Track Rod End) for fittiing (except RRC or Defender original swan neck style that requires only a right hand TRE and re-uses the original type swan neck joint).
